ERTC Daily will perform the following to assess and analyze the incentives you are eligible for:

1. Your Use of Services and Your Representation and Certifications

Your Company must furnish the required documentation to your Credit Projection Report.

Based on the information you provide on this form to qualify with the Information provided in this qualification form and your Company taxes, after being completed, ERTC Daily will contact your Company with a rough estimate of the number of tax credits available to you. In addition, ERTC Daily’s projects will be able to provide you with the form of a refund of tax overpayments from the federal or the state tax authorities.

Suppose you are interested in contracting with ERTC Daily to proceed. In that case, an agreement for consultation and a CPA Engagement letter will be sent out along with further information about fees, details, and expectations. ERTC Daily does not accept any project unless your Company is eligible for refunds.

All documentation is created to allow your Company to apply the credits towards past or current tax liabilities. Credits are received via the form of a refund check. Credits can be carried forward to help offset tax obligations later. If any of our calculated credits is refused for any reason, ERTC Daily will refund that part of the cost.

You confirm that you are the person with authority required to sign and complete this form on behalf of the applicant.

You warrant that the information you provide in this questionnaire and the supporting documentation is true and accurate. Therefore, this certification is made following an appropriate inquiry into the systems, individuals, and other information accessible to the applicant.

As the authorized representative on behalf of the applicant, You acknowledge and agree to indemnify ERTC Daily, its employees, and officers from any costs, financial or otherwise, that arise from inaccurate information supplied by the applicant in connection to the process of obtaining an Income tax Credit through the Internal Revenue Service.

Your use and access to the website could be affected occasionally due to the faults of third parties outside the Company’s control (such as the inability to access generally available Internet infrastructure). Additionally, access and use of the website may be affected by periodic updating or maintenance of our website.
